About Me

I have worked in many different environments over many years, leading me to be curious and respectful of people from all walks of life, backgrounds, race, culture, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Before I was a therapist, I had several other professions including musician, journalist and TV Director/Producer. I have always gravitated towards listening to people's stories, and working with them in a collaborative, creative and sensitive way in order to increase understanding. I have learned from my own experience that increasing understanding and awareness of your own mind can lead to better relationships and a sense of greater balance and fulfilment.
