I have worked in many different environments over the past three decades, leading me to be respectful of people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Before I trained as a psychotherapist, I had several other established professions including classical musician, journalist and TV Director/Producer. I have always been interested in listening to people’s stories, and working with them in a collaborative and creative way. I have personally found therapy to be be life-changing, both in navigating the ordinary challenges of everyday existence, and in times of crisis. In my experience, heightening awareness and understanding of your own mind and body can lead to better relationships and a more fulfilling life.
