Who can come to therapy?

People come for counselling or therapy for a huge variety of reasons. I have experience helping people with many different issues including the following:

Anxiety, bereavement, divorce or another kind of loss.

Issues to do with work, relationships, children, health, money or sex.

Parents who are concerned about their children's mental health or have specific parenting difficulties.

Feeeling unfulfilled, misunderstood or stuck in life.
