I have worked in many different environments over the past three decades, leading me to be curious and respectful of people from all walks of life, backgrounds, race, culture, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Before I was a therapist, I had several other professions including musician, journalist and TV Director/Producer. I have always been interested in listening to people’s stories, and working with them in a collaborative and creative way to gain insights. I have learned that increasing awareness and understanding of your own mind can lead to better relationships and a sense of greater balance and ability to enjoy life.
